The 4 Best Executive Wellness Programs in Nashville

By Scott Crosbie4 min read

Where Nashville's executives and busy professionals go for comprehensive executive physicals, concierge medicine, and proactive longevity care, and how to choose.

For a lot of high-performing people, health is the one area of life run on guesswork and good intentions. An executive wellness program is the fix: a comprehensive, physician-led look at where you actually are, on a schedule that respects how busy you are. Nashville now has a real set of them, ranging from academic-medicine concierge practices to longevity clinics built around advanced diagnostics.

Full disclosure: Next Health Nashville is our own practice. We've put it first because it genuinely offers this, and we've covered the other serious options in town honestly.

This is a field guide, not a ranking of who is "best" in the abstract. The right program depends on what you want out of it: a deep annual physical, an ongoing concierge relationship, or a data-driven longevity plan.

What a good executive wellness program actually includes

The term gets used loosely, so it helps to know what separates a real program from a glorified annual checkup.

The first marker is depth of assessment. A meaningful executive physical goes well beyond basic bloodwork: advanced metabolic and cardiovascular markers, hormone panels, appropriate cancer screening, and increasingly, measures like biological age and body composition. The point is to turn "I feel fine" into an actual, measured baseline.

The second is time and access. The whole value proposition is unhurried attention: a physician who spends real time with you, explains the results, and is reachable afterward rather than booked out for six weeks. Same-day access and direct phone or text lines are common in the better concierge models.

The third, and the one people underrate, is follow-through. A pile of lab results is not a plan. The best programs translate the data into specific, prioritized actions and then help you execute over the year, rather than handing you a binder and waving goodbye.

The Gulch and Green Hills

1. Next Health Nashville

Next Health approaches the executive physical as a full 360-degree view of your health, built on advanced diagnostics, in-depth lab testing, and biological-age assessment, and it sits inside a broader longevity practice. That is the distinction here: beyond the assessment itself, the same clinic offers the therapies a plan might call for, from IV and hormone optimization to hyperbaric and regenerative protocols, across its Gulch and Green Hills locations. It suits people who want the measurement and the follow-through under one roof.

Across Nashville

2. Hi, Finch Health

Hi, Finch is a concierge practice built around an unhurried annual executive physical, a dedicated 90-minute appointment with advanced metabolic, cardiorespiratory, and lab testing, paired with unlimited primary and urgent care and direct access to the physician by phone and text. A strong fit for someone who wants one trusted doctor relationship rather than a menu of services.

3. TriStar Legacy Health

TriStar Legacy Health offers a comprehensive two-hour executive physical through a concierge internal-medicine model with a clear prevention orientation. Worth a look for people who want a traditional, physician-led deep dive.

4. Vanderbilt Executive Wellness & Concierge Medicine

The academic-medicine option. Vanderbilt's program combines comprehensive executive physicals with concierge primary care backed by a major medical system, including advanced screening and personal physician access, at its West End and Green Hills locations. If having a large academic institution behind your care matters to you, this is the name.

How to choose

Three honest questions to answer before you pick.

First, do you want a physical or a relationship? Some of these are best-in-class for a once-a-year deep assessment; others are built for ongoing concierge access all year. Both are valid, but they are different products.

Second, do you want the therapies attached? A traditional executive physical tells you what to do and sends you elsewhere to do it. A longevity-clinic model can run the assessment and deliver the interventions in the same place. Neither is automatically better; it depends on whether you value one-stop follow-through.

Third, ask what happens after the results. The value is not in the testing, it is in what the program does with it. Ask each one how they turn your numbers into a plan, and who helps you act on it over the following year. The answer tells you most of what you need to know.
